Gautam Hari Singhania is the Chairman & Managing Director of Raymond Limited, a diversified group that is reckoned for creating the finest quality offerings in Textiles, Apparel, Retail, FMCG and Realty sectors. With 20 years at the helm, he has successfully steered the iconic Raymond Group to newer levels of success. With a focus of transforming Raymond into an international business group, he has embarked on a journey to create a new age organization that is geared to outpace competitors to ensure enhanced value creation for all concerned stakeholders. Gautam Hari Singhania has been instrumental for the group’s aggressive foray into the ready-to-wear apparel segment with brands such as Park Avenue, Raymond Ready to Wear, Colorplus, Parx and Ethnix, to provide complete wardrobe solutions for the discerning consumers. The astute leadership of Gautam Hari Singhania also saw the rise of Raymond’s B2B Businesses such as Denim and Garmenting which has some of the most eminent brand names globally as its customers. Recently the group has also forayed into the Real estate space with the launch of Raymond Realty and is building an aspirational housing project.
He has been conferred with the Maha Udyog Shri award by the Government
of Maharashtra for Industrial Excellence.
In addition to business, Gautam Hari Singhania has ensured that the Raymond Group
contributes to different sections of the society in every way possible. The Raymond
Group, under his leadership, is also committed towards excellence in education. Through
its four schools in India, the group makes quality education accessible to over 10,000 children.
A pioneering enthusiast in Indian motorsport, he was recently elected as India’s representative
of the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) World Motor Sports Council (WMSC)
and represents the FMSCI (Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India) as its Titular.

Dr. Vijaypat Singhania’s name is synonymous with pioneering initiatives and glorious achievements. He is a perennial inspiration to all of us with his courage and recurring appetite to set new benchmarks of excellence. The former President of India, His Excellency Mr. R. Venkataraman conferred on him the rank of Hon. Air Commodore of the Indian Air Force and Former Prime Minister, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee conferred on him the 'Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award' for the year 2001Dr. Vijaypat Singhania was awarded the 'Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Smarak Award' on the occasion of the 150th Anniversary of Indian Railways and the centenary of aviation. The London Institute of Technology and Research conferred on him the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in October 2003. On 26th January 2006, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Hon’ble President of India honored Dr. Singhania with the Padma Bhushan, the third highest civilian award in the Republic of India. SL Pokharna is a non-executive director on the board of Raymond Limited and President - Commercial, Raymond Ltd.
Pokharna, is a board member and senior member of the leadership team at Raymond.
With over four decades of experience in finance, sales, marketing and commercial
functions. He has been with Raymond Group since 1981 and prior to his current
role has held various leadership roles across the Group. He has contributed
towards major initiatives in the Raymond group across a spectrum of functions
including Retail, Engineering Business, FMCG and Infrastructure. Earlier he held
a leadership position in the erstwhile Cement Division of the Company.
Recently, he has been instrumental for the turnaround of the company’s apparel
business despite the pandemic and has paved way for a steady future for the growth
of this business.
Prior to his present function, S.L Pokharna has been instrumental in driving Raymond's
market position in Textile business in the domestic market and expanding Raymond Retail
network to Tier 3 & 4 towns.
Pokharna joined the group as a Management Trainee in 1981 and rose to the office of President.
S.L Pokharna is a Trustee on the Sulochanadevi Singhania School board, which is a well-known
academic institution in Mumbai. He is also a Trustee - J. K. Trust, Bombay. He holds a Graduate
Degree in Science from MLSU, Udaipur, Rajasthan and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
